Opti-Seal qPCR Tubes with Caps have thin-walled design, allowing rapid and efficient thermal transfer. Opti-Seal qPCR Tubes with Caps have both Standard (0.2 ml) and Low profile (0.1 ml) versions tailoring to your needs.
All Opti-Seal qPCR plastics are precisely made with high-quality polypropylene to achieve optimal well-to-well consistency. Caps/hinges are angularly oriented to minimize interfering with each other for easier operation on racks. Robust inter-well linkages make the strip rigid to lower the chance of spillage.
The interior of the tubes has an ultra smooth and inert surface on which nucleic acids and enzymes do not bind to. Optically clear caps ensure an un-obstructed flow of fluorescent signal. In addition, all Opti-Seal qPCR plates are nucleases-free, pyrogen-free, and nucleic acids-free.
