Phosphatase Inhibitor Cocktail is a special mixture of 5 different phosphatase inhibitors, it has a good inhibitory effect on protein tyrosine phosphatase, acid and alkaline phosphatase. PMSF (100 mM) is used for inhibiting serine kind protease irreversibly, eg: trypsase, chymotrypsin, callicrein, subtilisin and thrombin. It also can be used for inhibiting homocysteine protease-papain.?
