AdvancedGlycosylationEndProduct-SpecificReceptor(AGER) ELISA Kit
詳情介紹:
Purpose | This ELISA Kit applies to the invitro quantitative determination of Guinea pigAGERconcentrations in serum, plasma and other biological fluids. |
Sample Type | Plasma, Serum, Biological Fluids |
Analytical Method | Quantitative |
Detection Method | Colorimetric |
Specificity | This kit recognizes natural and recombinantGuinea pigAGER. No significant cross-reactivity or interference between Guinea pigAGER and analogues was observed. Note: Limited by existing techniques, cross reaction may still exist, as it is impossible for us to complete the cross-reactivity detection between Guinea pigAGER and all the analogues. |
Sensitivity | 46.875 pg/mL |
Alternative Name | Advanced Glycosylation End Product Specific Receptor (AGER) (AGER ELISA Kit Abstract) |
Pathways | Carbohydrate Homeostasis, Toll-Like Receptors Cascades, Smooth Muscle Cell Migration |
Sample Volume | 100 μL |
Plate | Pre-coated |
Protocol | This ELISA Kit uses Sandwich-ELISA as the method. The micro ELISA plate provided in this kit has been pre-coated with an antibody specific to AGER. Standards or samples are added to the appropriate micro ELISA plate wells and combined with the specific antibody. Then a biotinylated detection antibody specific for AGERand Avidin-Horseradish Peroxidase (HRP) conjugate is added to each micro plate well successively and incubated. Free components are washed away. The substrate solution is added to each well. Only those wells that contain AGER, biotinylated detection antibody and Avidin-HRP conjugate will appear blue in color. The enzyme-substrate reaction is terminated by the addition of a sulphuric acid solution and the color turns yellow. The optical density (OD) is measured spectrophotometrically at a wavelength of 450 nm ± 2 nm. The OD value is proportional to the concentration of AGER.You can calculate the concentration of AGERin the samples by comparing the OD of the samples to the standard curve. 6th Edition, revised in June, 2015 www.elabscience.com 4 |
Restrictions | For Research Use only |
Storage Comment | All the reagents in the kit should be stored according to the labels on vials.Unused wellsshould bereturned to the foil pouch with the desiccant pack and resealed along entire edge of zip-seal.Substrate Reagent shouldn't be kept at -20°C(Check!). Exposure of reagents to strong light should beavoided in the process of incubation and storage. All the taps of reagents should be tightened to preventevaporation and microbial contamination. If not to store reagents according to above suggestions, erroneous results may occur. 6th Edition, revised in June, 2015 www.elabscience.com 3 |
