WB Stripping Buffer is used for the recycle of deproteinized membrane in WB. In WB, after completing the conjugation of the primary and secondary antibodies as well as the later chemiluminescence, sometimes end user has to detect the proteins with stable expression level like Actin and Tubulin, etc. for reference, or test other proteins for comparison. But for this reagent, through dissociating the conjugation of primary, secondary antibodies and antigens, it removes primary and secondary antibodies from the membrane, then end user can reuse the same membrane to detect other proteins. Thus, compare with running a fresh SDS-PAGE gel, this reagent helps to eliminate the loading error and makes the experiment more comparable and accurate. For excluding the frequently-used beta-Mercaptoethanol, this reagent is nontoxic, tasteless and harmless, can be used at room temperature. This reagent is enough for at least 5 times WB detections on the same membrane, and the whole detection can be completed within15-30 min. With the unique component, it is efficient, and has no harm to the proteins.
