96 well plate with 8 removable strips coated with recombinant human tissue-type Plasminogen Activator (tPA) at 100 μL/well and blocked with 300 μL/well. Ideal for irreversible binding of active Plasminogen Activator Inhibitor (PAI-1) for functional ELISA experiments. Human tPA forms a covalent complex with PAI-1 of all species including human, mouse, rat, porcine and rabbit.
