簡(jiǎn)單介紹:
MediterraneanFever(MEFV)(N-Term)Peptide
詳情介紹:
Blocked Antibody | anti-Mediterranean Fever (MEFV) (N-Term) antibody (ABIN2780331) |
Characteristics | This is a synthetic peptide designed for use in combination with anti-MEFV antibody (Catalog #: ARP37973_P050). It may block above mentioned antibody from binding to its target protein in western blot and/or immunohistochecmistry under proper experimental settings. There is no guarantee for its use in other applications. |
Purification | Purified |
Background |
MEFV was identified as the gene that when mutated causes Mediterranean fever, a hereditary periodic fever syndrome. MEFV is expressed in granulocytes and myeloid bone marrow precursors. This gene encodes a protein, also known as pyrin or marenostrin, that is an important modulator of innate immunity. Mutations in this gene are associated with Mediterranean fever, a hereditary periodic fever syndrome.
